These terms apply to everyone who uses Social Media Services at portal.wearebh.com ("the portal"), which is operated by The Brand Hut ("we", "us"). By creating an account, adding funds or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the portal.

1. What we provide

We provide social media promotion services — followers, likes and views — for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Services are delivered through third-party networks. They are for promotional purposes only: we do not promise any particular result for your business, such as more sales, reach or organic engagement.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or any other platform.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live. You agree to give accurate information, keep your password private, and accept responsibility for everything done through your account.

3. Adding funds

Your balance is held in US dollars (USD).
When you pay by bank transfer in Pakistani rupees (PKR), the USD → PKR rate shown on the Add Funds page is a guide based on the open-market rate at that time. The amount credited is the USD amount confirmed at verification.
Deposits are checked by hand and credited only after we confirm the transfer has reached our account. You must enter the exact amount and the correct transaction ID.
False, altered or duplicate payment submissions will be rejected and may lead to your account being suspended.
Any bank charges are your responsibility.

4. Coupons and bonus credit

Coupon codes are offered at our discretion. A valid coupon adds bonus credit when your deposit is approved, within the limits shown for that coupon. Coupons have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel bonus credit obtained through abuse, such as multiple accounts or fake deposits.

5. Refunds

Your balance is not refundable and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. It can only be spent on services on the portal.
If an order can't be delivered, or is only partly delivered, the undelivered part is refunded to your portal balance.
Bonus credit from coupons is never refundable.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before raising any dispute with your bank. If you reverse a payment or file a chargeback, we may suspend your account permanently, cancel your remaining balance, and remove services already delivered.

7. Placing orders

Check your link before ordering. The account or post must be public and stay unchanged (same username and link) until the order is complete.
We are not responsible for orders placed with a wrong link, or to an account that is private, deleted or renamed. These orders are not refunded.
Don't run two orders for the same link at the same time, whether on this portal or elsewhere. Overlapping orders make counts impossible to track, and they are not eligible for refunds or refills.
Once an order has started, it usually can't be cancelled.

8. Delivery times

Start and delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. A delay alone is not a reason for a refund.

9. Drops and refills

Follower, like and view counts can fall over time, for example when a platform removes accounts.

For services that show a refill period (such as "REFILL 30D"), we will top up drops on request within that period, as long as the account is still public and unchanged. Refills may not be available for accounts that already had a very large following before ordering.
For services without a refill period, drops are not refilled or refunded.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the portal for content that contains nudity or sexual material, hate speech, violence, harassment, illegal activity, or anything else that breaks a platform's rules. You may not use it for fraud or to mislead others. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

11. Platform rules and risk

Social media platforms may treat paid promotion as against their rules. You use our services at your own risk. We are not responsible for any action a platform takes against your account, including removal of followers or likes, reduced reach, suspension or deletion.

12. Liability

Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows:

our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to;
we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost business or damage to reputation.

13. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is involved in fraud or chargebacks, or abuses the portal. The balance of an account closed for fraud or chargebacks is forfeited.

14. Your information

We keep your account details, orders and payment proofs so that we can provide the service and verify payments. We do not sell your personal information.

15. Changes

We may change our services, prices and these terms. The current terms are always available on the portal. If we make an important change, we may ask you to accept the new terms before you add funds again.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
